Why we run a virtual pilot
Some questions cannot be answered in a real classroom without spending a year and a school's patience.
The virtual pilot is an entire school that does not exist: forty-eight synthetic people — students, teachers, staff, leadership and families — using the real app, every day, across a compressed school year. Nothing is scripted. When a student writes to the tutor, the real Lira AI answers; when they sit an exam, the real Lira AI grades it. It exists so we break the product here instead of in someone's classroom.

- Where the tutor ends up serving the answer instead of making students think. We would rather find that edge here than in a teacher's classroom.

- What school leadership needs to see to act in time. We test the dashboard against a full year before asking a school for a single data point.

- 1A social network, not a mapThe screen opens with the school as a network: each sphere is a person and each thread a real tie — who teaches whom, who is family, who became friends with whom.
- 2Time is runningTop left shows the day and hour inside the world. At the bottom, the timeline: pause it, speed it up, or jump back to any moment of the year.
- 3Click anyoneClicking a person opens their card: subjects, how they are doing, what they did today. It is the same information their teacher would see in Lira AI.
- 4The verdictEvery run starts from a hypothesis and ends with a measured verdict. The "Conclusión" button tells you whether it held, and with what numbers.
